Kirsten Bohl

Middler Classroom Teacher

Kirsten joined Wildflower Cottage in 2023 as a Sometimes Teacher. She was seeking a local, community-based setting in which to learn and grow alongside young children. She found it!

Kirsten has worked alongside mathematics educators for many years. She has taught all ages (from preschoolers at a part-time, Reggio-inspired farm school all the way up to high school and college students). She has served in a variety of non-profit settings in communications, marketing, fundraising, program development, and community nurturing. She currently leads Fairy Walks for Triangle Land Conservancy.

Kirsten’s life passions include nature, music, moving meditation, and creativity. She adores reading children’s books and walking in the woods beside the creek. Kirsten keeps moving with her puppy, Ariel, and her spouse. (They love pausing to breathe by the Eno River as much as she does!)
