Maya Miller

Sometimes Teacher & School-Age Summer Camp

Maya has four younger siblings, and has always loved learning from–and  growing along with–the children around her. Wildflower Cottage offers her a place to  interact more deeply with the creativity, wonder, excitement, and camaraderie of children. There is so much to be learned from their insight and perspective! Maya  enjoys engaging with others in the family-like community at  Wildflower Cottage. Maya began supporting Wildflower during our inaugural year (2017), and looks forward to getting involved again this summer.

Maya is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in architecture at NC State with a focus on landscape design and community engagement. She enjoys experimenting with many different hobbies, including baking, sewing,  painting/drawing, music, and dance. She is always open to learn something new!

“It is a happy talent to know how to play.”
